"Courteous, prompt. Conversely, there were conflicting information the car is totaled and can only be scrapped -- car settled at blue with no option to pay out of pocket to repair. Then claims implies there is that option long after body shops & mechanics have been released from complying estimates to restore it. And still ----40 yrs with State Farm. Looking forward for another 40 !"
